For the sale to be confirmed, the farm buying the animals will receive a notification to accept the animals.
There are two ways to accept animals:
1. Go to Farm > Trans. between farms
2. Or through the notification button that will appear next to the farm's name, in the upper right corner of the screen:
Just click the icon indicated below and click 'Host'.
A page will open to verify the information before clicking accept. If it is incorrect, just refuse.
Next, you must enter:
- Group - In which group the animals will be hosted;
- Group location;
- Quantity of animals, from those sold, to be hosted in the specified group.
Finally, you must check the information and, if it is correct, click Confirm Housed.
NOTE: the option to select the current phase only appears when transfer of animals can be housed in more than one phase, otherwise the system automatically sets the phase, for example, selling from a UPL farm to another UPL system, the phase of nursery will be selected automatically.
- Is it possible to house animals in more than one group?
Yes, it is currently only possible for commercial farms.
Upon accepting the transfer, the next step is to check the data, select the desired phase, and then define the group, which can be one for all animals, or more than one.
For multiplier farms, which sell select animals and will require individual identification for each destination farm, we will have this option in the future, today it allows housing in only one group.
