Placement is considered the day/time when the chicks are placed inside the chicken house. This is a very important event, as the aviary must be prepared to receive these birds in the correct environmental conditions.
The placement data is the first to be added in the application and will allow the flock opening for other launches. It is important that all data is entered correctly, as it is currently not possible to edit or delete the placement data by the application.
Therefore, if you have entered any incorrect placement data, please contact our relationship team as soon as possible, so that we can request the correction of this data internally.
This correction may take some time (an average of one week), however, does not prevent data entry. Therefore, after reporting the problem to our team, continue entering your flock data as usual and as soon as the correction is done, our team will contact you to confirm it.
